ULTRA BLUE WHITE® is a thick blue ultra high concentrate shampoo that does not contain soap or detergent. It’s a natural deep cleansing shampoo that removes stains, oxidation and odors. Directions: Highly Concentrated, Professional Use Only. Mix 50 parts warm water to 1 part shampoo (1/3 cup or 3 oz. shampoo to 1 gallon of water) Apply to wet coat. Work up lather. Allow to set 5 min. Rinse. TO WHITEN: Add pure, undiluted shampoo into lather and work into the coat. Allow to set for 5 minutes. Rinse and repeat. Store undiluted shampoo in a cool dry place.

I used this shampoo on my 9yr old Bichon,she had stains from licking her back and paws. she had sever tear stains and this shampoo has cleared them up. It is amazing and it seems like it continues to work even after you're done washing. I will notice that after the bath she seems nice and white then the next day she will be a little more and more. i recommend using this product very highly!!
