Warranty Claim - Step by Step
1) Please fill out Warranty Card that was sent with product and provide/upload a copy.
2) For warranty claims please provide/upload a copy of purchase reciept from where you purchased clipper.
3) The Warranty Card will have a code and so will product please confirm that these 2 codes match. Please provide/upload picture of code on product.
4) Please pack and ship your product to us at:

5) Once we receive your equipment the product will be checked by our technitions to determine if warranty claim is valid.
6) Once claim is approved, the product will be repaired and returned to shipping address supplied in order process.
- ALL KIT COMPONENTS - MUST BE SENT COMPLETE. IE: HANDPIECE, BATTERY, CHARGER. OR HANDPIECE, CORDPACK. PLEASE KEEP ALL BLADES.
-If the product is out of warranty or has been determined to be out of TERMS, our technians will call/email you to establish your options for a Factory Rebuilt unit or if you would like to have your product returned to you.

-If a hardware defect occurs and a valid claim is submitted within the Warranty Period, at our option, LAUBE® will either
(1) Repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
(2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
